About Me
Being a Mechanical Engineer by education, After my Graduation, I started my career in Manufacturing Industry first and then moved to Automotive industry as Service Engineer. During my stay at the Automotive industry I played the role of leading the field service team. During that period, I got involved in implementing IFS in our organization. And since then, It's been 10+ years since I am working for IFS ERP from different ends of IFS ecosystem, i.e. as a Customer, as IFS Employee & as IFS Partner Employee. This website is to share my experiences as a Customer & as IFS Consultant as I have worked in both end. Also, in this website I will showcase the capabilities of IFS ERP and some tips and tricks.
My Journey with IFS ERP
My Journey with IFS ERP started as a Customer user in 2015. I was a super user from Automobiles Service Department along with my main role as Head of Field Services. As a super user I had to look after the Service Management as well as the Supply Chain process.
In Mid 2017, I joined IFS Sri Lanka as a Functional Consultant. But i was based in Bangladesh.
In December 2019 I moved to an IFS partner in Bangladesh as Senior Functional Consultant where my journey as IFS Consultant as Partner employee begins.
In February 2022 I joined my latest Employer Enterprise Analytics as Lead Consultant. Currently I am working here as Senior Lead Functional Consultant.
